Alexander McQueen for Target: Available in New York 2/14-2/15

Feb07

Just read something trés exciting in nymag -- Alexander McQueen's new line for Target (which won't be available in stores until March), is going to be sold in New York on Sat, Feb 14 and Sun, Feb 15th. This is one distraction from Valentine's Day that I really don't mind. According to nymag.com, it will be available at St. John's Center on Houston St.

The photos above characterize some looks from his line (i.e., his regular, higher priced line), which embodies the young, edgy and bold crowd for whom his styles are so popular. One of my boyfriend's only fashion treasures (that I can actually wear) is one of Mcqueen's skull scarves, which I throw over some of my moderately preppy outfits, to show everyone that ooh, I'm a little edgy too.

Ah, just another reason it's great to live in the center of the fashion world...

I can't believe Alexander McQueen is designing a line for Target... its a sign of the times! I'll probably buy it though if it is of decent quality... i once bought a bathing suit at Target and the top broke whilst i was at the beach... I'm quite busty, but that was just ridiculous hahah

wow total coincidence (or just a sign of the poor quality of target swimwear?)...i had a target swimsuit whose top broke on while I was on the beach also...it was the last day of my vacation but still...by any chance was yours a black bandeau with center front ties?
